NMR spectroscopy
A routine method to characterize our new compounds is the nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy (NMR spectroscopy). Our group uses following NMR spectrometers:
-
Jeol JNM EX-270: 269.72 MHz, 6.33 T, for routine 1H and 13C NMR experiments, for post-docs, PhD and experienced master students , runs since 10.04.1990
- JEOL JNM LA-400, upgrade auf ECP-400: 399.78 MHz, 9.39 T, for routine 1H, 13C, 19F and 31P NMR experiments, auto sample changer (16), auto tune probe system, for post-docs and PhD students, runs since 22.02.1996
