NMR spectroscopy

A routine method to characterize our new compounds is the nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy (NMR spectroscopy). Our group uses following NMR spectrometers:

    • Jeol EX Delta/Eclipse 270: 270 MHz; 6,3 Tesla Oxford magnet; 5 mm tuneable probehead (15N - 31P); variable temperature unit

    • 2 × Jeol Lambda/Eclipse 400 : 400 MHz ; 9,4 Tesla Magnex magnet ; auto tune probe system 5 mm (15N - 31P; 1H - 19F); Auto sample changer (16), 2 × DEC 3000 AXP 300 LX; pulsed field gradient unit; inverse tunable 5 mm 15N - 31P; variable temperature unit
